If you're reporting a bug, it helps enormously to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the version of Catch you're running, and what you did just before it went wrong.

Common questions

Do my notes sync to iCloud or to a server?

No. Catch has no sync and no server. Everything you write stays in the app's storage on that one device, which also means notes do not move to a new phone on their own — export them from Settings first.

Are my voice notes uploaded anywhere?

Catch asks iOS to transcribe on-device, which is what happens on any iPhone that supports it. If your device or language does not, iOS sends the audio to Apple's speech servers to transcribe. The recording itself is always saved only on your device.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open Settings, tap Pro, and tap Restore. The subscription is tied to your Apple Account, so it restores on any device signed in to it.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything Catch stores lives on your device and goes with it. There is no account to close and no server holding anything of yours.
