Flow is a focus timer for iPhone. You build a flow out of timed focus blocks with breaks between them, run it with a Live Activity on the Lock Screen, and see how many minutes you have focused per day, week, and month. It can optionally shield distracting apps with Screen Time while a block is running.

Common questions

What does App Blocker actually see?

Nothing about your app usage. You pick apps in a picker that Apple draws and Apple controls; the app receives only opaque tokens it hands straight back to iOS to put up the shield. It cannot read which apps you picked, cannot see your screen time, and never reports any of it anywhere.

How do I cancel or restore my subscription?

Manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone. To restore it on another device, open the Pro screen and tap Restore — the subscription is tied to your Apple Account.

Do my flows sync between my devices?

No. Everything is stored on the device it was created on. There is no iCloud sync and no account.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything it stores lives on your device and goes with it. There is no account to close and no server holding anything of yours.
